Jay L. Goldberg, CFP® - Director

A veteran of the financial services industry since 1981, Jay Goldberg joined Stavis Margolis Advisory Services in 2004 as a Senior Client Advisor and was promoted to Director in January 2008. His duties include both the development and maintenance of client relationships, with an active involvement in the financial and estate planning process as well as asset allocation.

Jay's career has evolved through several Wall Street firms including Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Prudential Securities. The main emphasis of his business experience includes portfolio management, risk assessment and wealth transfer.

A native Houstonian who attended the St. John's School, Jay graduated with a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y., where he majored in both economics and international relations.
