Abigail Gunderson, CFP® - Financial Planner

Abigail Gunderson joined Stavis Margolis Advisory Services, Inc. as a Financial Planner in March 2007.

Abigail began her career as an engineer in the aerospace industry working closely with astronauts and cosmonauts in developing procedures used for experiments performed aboard the Space Station Mir. Having always been interested in the finance field, she decided to take Financial Planning courses at the University of Houston and eventually received her Certified Financial Planner™ designation in July 2006. She offers securities through and is a registered representative of FSC Securities Corporation, member of FINRA/SIPC.

She had previously been with the Private Client Advisors group at Deloitte Tax, LLP in Houston as a CFP® professional. At Deloitte, Abigail prepared tax returns for high net worth individuals and their private enterprises, closely held businesses, S-corporations, partnerships, trusts and gifts. Additionally, she worked on a federal income tax compliance engagement for a large corporate entity in the energy industry. Prior to Deloitte, Abigail was employed by Premier Financial Planning, LLP in Escondido, California as a Financial Planning Associate where she developed comprehensive financial plans.

Abigail attended Ateneo de Manila University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Management Engineering where she was consistently on the Dean's List.
